Repair and Calibration Submission Guidelines

Prior to dropping off or shipping equipment to YCG for repair or calibration services, please ensure the form below is completed in full.

Upon receipt, all equipment will undergo an evaluation process. A detailed repair estimate will be provided accordingly.

Any equipment left at YCG for a period exceeding 60 days will be deemed abandoned and become the property of YCG. Should the equipment be assessed as unsuitable for repair, it will be disposed of in accordance with appropriate standards.
